One more year the MuBoma joins the celebration of the Setmana i Fira Modernista de Alcoy in its seventh edition.
This year dedicated to the figure Gonzalo Cantó, illustrious writer of the city.
In the activities that we propose for our visitors we will join this literary personality with the knowledge of the Museum of the Provincial Consortium of Firefighters, both the building itself (which was an important factory in modernist times) and the profession of firefighters in those times.
We will have four days of open doors in the museum and in addition, the muBoma will be present at the Modernist Fair in the Glorieta Park. 
On Sundays September 15 and 29, there will be two open days at MuBoma with the dramatized visit “Making a zarzuela” at 11:15 am and 12:45 pm.
In which we will talk about Gonzalo Cantó as a writer of zarzuelas.
For the little ones, on Sunday, September 22, in an open day, the children’s workshop “Poesías modernistas de Bomberos” will be held at 11:15 am and 12:45 pm. A workshop to learn about the history of firefighters and factories in Alcoy.
Children who wish can come dressed in Modernist period.
Also on Saturday 28 September we will have an open day with free admission and extraordinary opening: from 10 to 14h.
and from 16 to 18h.
so that all visitors can get to know the Provincial Museum of Firefighters.
Already in the Modernist Week, the dramatized view “Making a zarzuela” will be available to all schools who wish the week of Monday 23 to Friday 27 during school hours.
With a price of € 1.50 per student.
And during the weekend of Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 you will find us at an information booth in the Parque de La Glorieta where we will also have a children’s workshop area: “Modernist Poetry of Firefighters”.
